You are all now bloggers, because taking part in this class blog. You all use tuenti - I think! Some of you use facebook. What about youtube, flickr, twitter? All these things are known as 'social media'.

well, to be honest I think youtube, twiter, tuenti or facebook are very important in our life actually.
ReplyDeletethe fact is this social red are taking all the type of the sociaty (joung or old people)because they're trying to relationate different people around the world. And I love it! It's fantastic all the work they are doing for changing the world.
I think Maria José is right, but I think also that social media is a fad.
ReplyDeleteYes, for example, at first, we are interesting at facebook, but then, when tuenti appear, all the people began to use tuenti.
I think when another social media appear all the people will change their mind and will use the new social media.
I think like Maria José, that social media is changing the world, and is really cool that you can speak with someone out of Spain for example.

ReplyDeleteI disagree that 'social media' is a fad (great word!), but I do agree that certain trends can be short-lived. I think that in Spain Facebook is less popular than tuenti, I wonder why?
Actually, I was reading a blog article the other day saying that Facebook is dying, because it's too complex.
Twitter is considered to be the way forward by lots of people. It's so much simpler and faster thank things like facebook. Maybe you could try it and chat to some other English students!

Personally, I don't like facebook! I prefere tuenti which is easier to use, but it's true that tuenti is just for Spanish people, so if you want to talk and meet other people around the world, facebook is better! I only use it to talk to my french friends.. That's all!
Sorry, I didn't commented before because I have seen the video today. It's really amazing how the social media has changed the world. I think so that social media isn't a fad and it's in my opinion the best invention in the world because thanks to internet you can find all you want and when you want, and in social medias you can express your opinion free and for all the world. So I think it's so fantastic.
